This policy explains what information is processed when you visit rubion.io, the website of Rubion Yazılım Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi, and how that information is protected.

  1. 1. Information we collect

    You don't need to provide any personal information just to browse the site. Personal information is processed only when you fill in the contact form or email us: your name, email address, company name (if you share it), the service you're interested in and your message.

    In addition, our hosting provider's servers keep technical logs for each request, such as IP address, browser information and access time. These logs are used only to operate and secure the site.

  2. 2. Cookies and analytics

    rubion.io does not use cookies and does not include any third-party tools for advertising, tracking or visitor analytics. If this changes, we will update this policy to let you know.

  3. 3. How we use information

    We use your information only for the purposes below; we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for marketing:

    • Responding to your request and communicating with you
    • Answering questions about our services and products, and preparing proposals
    • Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse

  4. 4. Service providers

    The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; messages from the contact form reach us through the Google Workspace (Google LLC) email infrastructure. These providers' servers may be located abroad. See the Personal Data Protection Notice for details.

  5. 5. Retention and security

    Contact messages are kept for no more than 2 years after your request is concluded. The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only authorized people can access your information.

    Your rights under the KVKK and how to exercise them are explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice. For any request, write to hello@rubion.io.

  7. 7. Changes

    We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; the date at the top shows the latest change.
